Добро пожаловать - Welcome to Episode N9 of Spoonfed Russian! How to say in russian "What is your name?", how to introduce someone? Yes, that’s exactly what we will learn today.
There are 6 cases in russian: Nominative, Genitive, Dative, Accusative, Instrumental, Prepositional. To say what your name is, you have to use Accusative case.

Home task. Introduce your family. For example:
- Это моя мама. Ее зовут Елена. (This is my Mom. Her name is Elena)
- Это мой папа. Его зовут Антон. (This is my Dad. His name is Anton)
- Это мои сестра и брат. Их зовут Оля и Петя. (These are my sister and brother. Their names are Olya and Petya)
- Это я. Меня зовут Катя. (This is me. My name is Katya)
- А как тебя зовут? (What is your name?) informal
